For the first time since May of 2007, online music streaming service Pandora is, once again, available in both Australia and New Zealand. This continent crossing deal marks the first international expansion for the publicly traded Pandora which saw a 4% pop on the news.

The company is doing more than just opening online registrations for the Aussie’s and Kiwi’s as they have also spent some time cultivating some new stations featuring local artists from both countries. Pandora has created a special app page as well as AU/NZ specific station pages specifically for our international friends.

Founder Tim Westergren will be hosting town hall events to kick of the new service in Auckland, Melbourne, and Sydney this coming week.
