Different subject, but when the Stern lawsuit was filed, it was stated that Sirius had to respond in 20 or 30 days, depending on where the lawsuit was delivered. Do you have any idea whether the are working toward the 20 day or 30 day clock?
The 20 day clock should expire on Monday or Tuesday, I believe.
I have been monitoring the New York Court and have yet to see an answer. I will post something as soon as I see it.
