The reaction to the Liberty Media/Disney news seems to have been absorbed.  If volume is heavy at the open, I am a buyer at $2.80.  I sold the Level 2 Over Core at $2.77 yesterday.  The second stage is if there is no heavy volume at $2.85, I am a seller of Level 2 Over Core there.  Pay attention to the early action.
