The deal, which could be valued at as much as $70,000,000 makes Lagasse a wealthy man indeed, and could pave the way for some interesting segments on Martha Stewart Radio.

While radio was not specifically mentioned in the deal, Martha has a way of bringing many of her projects to the satellite radio channel in one form or another. Lagasse would likely not be a regular segment, but most certainly Martha will use the radio channel to advance her investment into the Emeril brand, which has become a household name to kitchen enthusiasts.
