FCC Commissioners Adelstein and Tate will be speaking at the NAB Radio Show on April 15th in Las Vegas. The event is billed as the “Regulatory Face-Off”, and promises to give show attendees the opportunity to interact with the FCC Commissioners on regulatory issues facing the media and broadcast industry.

FCC Commissioners speaking at NAB events is nothing new. Commissioners often attend and speak at events that surround the industry they regulate. The big question is whether there will have been a merger decision on Sirius and XM made by the time the show happens in mid April. Only time will tell.
