Sirius and XM Extend Merger Agreement

WASHINGTON and NEW YORK, Feb 29, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ — XM Satellite Radio (Nasdaq: XMSR) and SIRIUS Satellite Radio (Nasdaq: SIRI) today announced that the companies have agreed not to exercise their rights to terminate the Merger Agreement until May 1, 2008.
