    Great show last night

I enjoyed listening to the show. lots of good information. the documentary coming out memorial day, if it goes viral, may help the price concidering.

great show. hope you establish a regular schedule even if once or twice a month.

Of course then - maybe brandon will enlighten us with some new information gleaned from his visit to the mother ship ie. hq

The conventions/shows are a step - but they need to get the ads going...

If they had a good marketing campaign - I think there'd be a whole different story right now... even with this market.
I just looked at CTIAs website I did not see apple or sirius listed as vendors only AT&T so it may be just talk.

Is this left over paperwork from the previous deals?

Here is Homer's post from another board (not to be named) in regards to this...

I thought it was in regards to the recent deals...

It's a part of the same registration statement filed 8 days ago. Then delayed it a couple days ago.

    No news here.

It's all related to the registration of the shares given to holders of XM's 10% Convertibles that exchanged for new Notes.

Most growing public companies like Sirius and XM always keep a "shelf" on file with the SEC -- which allows them to quickly issue shares or place debt, if the opportunity arises.

Without a shelf on file, they have to go through a process that may take too long... so they keep them on file. Shelf offerings are good for 2 years. When they expire or are maxed out, companies issue new ones.

Sirius' last shelf was all used up when they closed the merger with XM.

The current one filed on 3/12 was delayed a couple days ago -- and appears to have been refiled tonight. It's the same thing (for the most part) as the one filed on 3/12. It registers the shares given to the Dec09 XM Note holders -- as well as places a certain amount "on the shelf" for Sirius to issue if they need it.

    No news here.

As you remember, there was this filing a few days ago on the 12th.......

Are you suggesting they will all have wi-fi capability (including factory installs)? I assume you mean that the primary connection is satellite unless wifi is available.

Those are not bumper stickers, those are window decals, and that is just with newer Sirius radios. XM has never and does not currently offer bumper stickers. You can't even buy a bumper sticker on either Sirius or XM's website...

    Stupid......
