There is absolutely no reason they can't at a minimum be pushing press releases with, I don't know... GOOD NEWS ITEMS OR PERTINENT INFO to the normal media venues.
How damn hard would it be just to do the bumper sticker thing? Really - that's a simple thing - and they don't even get that right....
Luckily - with the Iphone App - simply for the fact it is associated with Apple - we'll get advertising by default.... at least that is coming....
A friend of mine just told me that Sirius and Iphone is suppose to show the new app at the CTIAs 2009 Trade Show in Las Vegas on April 1. Did anyone else hear about this? He said he got the news from a radio shack employee.

If true - that would be a good step in the right direction - HOWEVER, they still aren't reaching everyday consumers nearly enough.

The conventions/shows are a step - but they need to get the ads going...
