Doesn't this news mean the RS is a given now? I am not a stock expert but won't the price likely hold steady until Malone's preferred turns to common, and the RS occurs?

Regarding the preferred, that could be the issue that is holding people back, but there is no volume right now to indicate this is underway today.

R/S is no where in the near future. They will not R/S until they feel the stock price "has no chance of recovering". Give it time. No hurry. They no longer need to deal common away like its"a zimbabwe dollar" anymore. Debt issues are over for now. No reason to futher dilute. Hopefully than can get dec bonds to take stock, but at a much higher price. Now in everyones best interest to see the price take off, FINALLY INCLUDING MEL.
