I agree. This is common MM tactic. They "hold" levels until big buys or big sells have cleared. There obligations are not to "us" but to large big money orders who have agendas, and will reward good buy ins or good "sell prices". We know they arent sells, so guess what the hold up is for.
Yes. Since we know all the facts, and cover all angles, this news does not need digesting or confuse us. Jump in, the waters fine. I checked....
Let the MM's play out their games. The confused retailers can muddle through. Some need to be told what to do, and have it explained to them like they are retarded. The hold us is for covering, or large buys, or simply to keep the "jump" away from the "news".

This action is expected right here. Too much control. Watch what happens EOD and AH and Pre Monday...if this news just hit in AH, you'd be looking at a pop to .30 no problem as we saw inl ast two fire drills. Lets see what happens tonight and Monday. That's when this SP really runs cause of low volume and much more MM manipulation..
And then, look. This is THE DEAL. This opens SIRI's locks and let's them sail the open seas again (my SIRI Clipper is ready!). I playing the shortest pops anymore won't be necessary. I'll still look for pullbacks and diff buying/selling opps but we now have a viable company in the near-term. Anything is now possible and or probable with this SP....
