    To Relmor (and Cos):

Interesting reading the exchanges between you and COS, I have have two things for both of you to consider. The first is the allegory about "truth".

This comes in various forms, e.g., Plato's story about the shadows on the cave wall or the Indian story about 5 blind people and an elephant. The latter story is that five blind people were asked to touch an elephant and relate what they thought about the elephant. One touched the tusk, one the trunk, one the ear, the legs, and the tail. Each had there own (and different) "truth" about the elephant. None of them were wrong and none were correct. In other words, be careful about claiming what the absolute "truth" is of anything - including statements in a 10k. Both of you can read the same paragraph and have completely valid and different takes on the information.

The second thing is the need to be careful about figuring out an "angle" on something. I know some spectacularly brilliant people that have as their mode of learning -- figuring out an angle on something and that's how they quickly understand and grasp the concept (almost always faster than me). The only danger is not recognizing that there can be multiple reasons that motivate someone to do something. In other words, it doesn't happen often, but these people can misread a situation by giving to much weight to one angle. In this case, its Cos saying he sold his shares. Your angle on that relmor is fine -- assuming Cos told truth -- he in fact sold the shares, but is that angle the only way to view COS's statements on this board? I don't know for sure but in my opinion (and that's all it is) I don't think so.

Love to read both of your opinions; they help me great deal. Got to get back to work, talk to everyone later.

Oh yeah, I'm long Sirius & (theoretically) averaged in at 0.09 for 53k shares if you look at my position today. In reality, I've sunk $30k and need a price of .57 to break even.

killer.... The Dog has always distinguished himself by the company he keeps, always the finest.....

with the markets on the precipice of setting new lows,..again, I'ld wait before putting money in, even at .1222. who knows how all this will play. Maybe half here at that, and wait until next week for the rest... you know how this thing goes, the closer to a decision the more worried about indecision everyone is ..... I put a buy in at .1102 for tomorrow and pulled the other buy I had in at .1202. The company had the mysterious Email sent out last week that folks talked about that hinted at some news about three ways to listen to XM. This week nothing said... what's up with that???

Cos.............. exactly.......I'm feeling a little left out of the loop with all of the indecisiveness , however don't want to miss out on any low buyin opportunities before the 17th. Greed can be a blind and powerful entity. Will proceed with very cautious partial buyins, so as not to be trapped into buying too high. Will closely monitor all posts and warnings as well. Thanks for that. ... NO FEAR....... ... killer.

I did not get that 3-ways story at all.....

There cannot be anything new because there have been three ways to listen for a long time now. Radio............internet..........phone!

I figured it was BS or just some misunderstanding.

Very true analysis. I agree with you completely and you said it well.

Thanks Wirestripper. Hate to see the discussion going too negative, while we're not all not pulling on the same oar, hopefully most of the discourse can reflect some tolerance and a positive attidute -- tough to do with stock!

Hmmm, so I guess since Brandon believes SXM is going under, he will be selling his "long shares" either AH or pre market in the morning.

Very poorly written to say the least.

It is with great distress that I put pen to paper, or in this case fingers to keyboard. Sometimes people believe that SiriusBuzz is SiriusPump. Nothing could be further from the truth and the buzz right now, is chapter 11. In a filing with the SEC, Sirius XM states:

    You have great posts...

That's the kicker. Brandon has the balls to write this article and at the end say Long SIRI...WTF is that about? Since his slant is SUBJECTIVE rather than OBJECTIVE, why would he hold shares when he picks the company apart?
