If and I say IF BK happens will SIRI still trade for awhile or the moment they file the common goes to .0??? Also I have heard of stocks trading after they file for BK and sometimes seeing rallies???

I am also with Etrade. Once you do enough trades within a given quarter, they allow you to move to Power Etrade Pro, a completely different platform. Multiple screens, windows etc.. There may be an option for getting it sooner by paying a small fee. Their web site should be able to answere all of your questions, as well as provide a demo of the Pro platform. The only thing I am a little unhappy about is that I cannot specify a price out to three decimal places, something that I was told you could do at other brokerages. The third decinmal place would be an advantage in trading siri at these levels.
it'll still trade down, from others i have watched large spike down followed by gradual rise up and then back down depending on what is involved in the BK proceedings.
