Here's what is funny about the Stern news. It's the biggest news in 5 years for Sirius XM and the stock just sits there like a turd. Not one person in here can't claim that the overall market worked against them either. Sad.

No matter, the rest of my portfolio is looking great today. Spotlight on DIS and some extra cash I used to buy the 12/24 $115 calls last week on price weakness in addition to my purchases earlier this year. A big sincere shout out to Muscle for pointing out this Star Wars trade last summer!

I'm not so sure it's sitting like a turd. It's doing what was expected. This morning, apparently like many others, I sold on the news as I completely expected the sp to spike and drop. I already bought some back at a lower cost and fully expect the sp steadily rise from here barring any broader market effects.

Well if you expected this, then ok. I thought everyone was anticipating a huge jump in the stock price and being that the indices are having a stellar day, there's no excuse why it shouldn't. What a great environment to announce great news!

Maybe since the terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed, the market is anticipating a bigger pay day for him?

I am sure you don't want to hear it from me but nice job! I know when I post in here, it's a general post to everyone. Some may take it personal but remember, I am included in the target audience. It's just f'king frustrating to follow a stock like SIRI with so much great news and watch it sit especially on days like today with such great news about STERN. You are probably making the right move buying LMCA too.

Trading Disney ahead of Star Wars was a no brainer. EASY PEASY!
