Funny! Netflix doesn't own content (Disney) and doesn't own distribution (Comcast and Charter). Much like Pandora was, Netflix is valued on eyeballs not business models. It will end up in the same situation Pandora is in today. Give it 5 years. I see thousands of video streaming competitors coming. Thousands. No barrier to entry on the net.

As for the current agreement between NLFX and DIS for disribution of certain DIS Programming and movies, one could certainly argue that DIS needs NFLX more than the other way around.
