Whoa cowboy! I wasn't wagering here. Just tossin' out my admittedly poorly informed opinion. Now, as far as a pool goes, sure I'd be willing to throw a buck or two at it every week for sh!ts-n-giggles. Don't know how we'd facilitate that though...maybe through paypal?

Edit 1: having said that, if beehaus wants to give me the giants and 11 points, I'll take it.

Edit 2: I'm not a fan for either team...I really don't even know who the players are...nor do I care but looking at the numbers, the Giants are 6-1 in their last seven home games vs. the Redskins. Sure, the Giants are 0-2 but they could also easily be 2-0. Did you know that they are the first team in NFL HISTORY to lose their first two games of the season by blowing 10-point fourth-quarter leads in both?

Edit 3: I love stats like that.

Snagged a cool picture of a hummingbird, dragonfly, and red shouldered hawk on our property. The mother hawk is very territorial and aggressive toward people especially when protecting their nest. This particular one attacked several neighbors reminding them she was there.

Hey Midas, since this forum has turned into football discussion which doesn't keep my interest, rather than abandoning the site totally, I take a daily peek to see if I might find something of interest. You might have provided an inkling of hope by your insertion of the bird photos. I'm thinking wildlife photography could be a new hobby for me but before I get too involved I'd like to pose a couple of questions since you brought it up:

a) What camera did you use (film, dslr, and make/model)?
b) Could you share some technical specifics, re. lens length, ISO settings, f-stop, shutter speed, etc.?
c) Were those photos straight from the camera or did you perform post-processing, and if so, with what software product?

Maybe we could divide the subject matter in this forum to include not only SIRI, and NFL, and include Wildlife Photography. That would be pretty neat.

PS. I also belong to and participate in a Bass Fishing forum, and a related Fly Fishing Forum. If any of you wish to include those topics here, let me know and I'll set the stage.

Time out guys. Beehaus...if giants are favored by 4 why are u giving user 4 pts? User if beehaus is going to give you 4 pts...that is very very generous of beehaus. Basically he just turned the favorite in this game to a underdog by saying he will give you 4pts. That is a tremendous value bet if you like the giants. What am I missing here?....giants are favored by 3.5/4 correct???

Beehaus should be receiving 4 pts not giving.

EDIT: i just checked the line...Giants are currently 3 point favs.
