When TB12 went down a few years back and was out most of the season....Cassel came in and was nothing short of fantastic. I think we ended up 12-4 that year and failed to make the playoffs based on a tie breaker. Cassel then got traded to KC the following year where i thought he would continue to do well.....but didn't. He is def a guy that can fill in and be successful as long as he has the other talent around him. I think he would do well in Dallas.

Yeah, I remember that run he had. Played damn good. I thought he would thrive in KC as well. Agree, he should be an asset and much better than Weeden. Reading his stats....didn't realize he had played so many games. Has 70 ish Tds and 50 ish ints. Lots of experience.

Matt Cassel ??? Geez us crime uh nee cricket. They might as well bring Joe Montanga out of retirement or hell even Danny White. What they need to do is put their cheerleaders in a micro thong and spurs to distract the other teams. This is going to get real ugly.

"Nice Job Jhonny...now go take a seat, Josh has this"

.....actually, in my pea-sized football brain, I think this is the right move.
The inside word is that Jhonny is in the dog house because he was not suppose to throw the ball at all after they got a 21 point lead. Well that playing not to loose mind set didn't sit well with Jhonny especially after Tenn. came back to 21 - 14. Jhonny told the huddle that he was not going to loose the game and called a 50 yard bomb and locked down the game. A lot of cussing & yelling after the game in the locker room. I like the call by Jhonny, Tenn was coming back strong but over riding the coach will bring a lot of woe. Coach blew some games last year playing like a loser. He should be thankful Jhonny saved his ass. Coach needs to take some dirty & nasty lessons from Belichick.

To quote Bob Dylan (I think) "when you ain't got nuthin', you got nuthin' to lose"

And anyways, he's got a pretty good looking wife - Not quite in the class of Mrs. Brady Good Looking but still, very nice!

If you get a chance, check out the NFL Hall of Fame in Canton or Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleve.

Excellent recommendations. We've been to both. Absolutely 2 must do activities when visiting. We actually went to a baseball game as well. Talk about fun. Probably one of the better experiences and we've been to a lot of games.
