Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to sections 154(i) and (j), 309, and 310(d) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. §§ 154(i), 154(j), 309, 310(d), and Section 25.119(d) of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. §25.119(d), the Applications for the transfer of control of earth and space station licenses set forth in the Appendix are granted.

Still no volume action.............does that mean the MMs are trying to figure out how to play it.......... or might it have been predetermined that something is going to happen in spite of or without regard to what the MMs think?

Doesn't matter how we feel...matters how the MM will play it but for the record it is a good thing and removes more uncertainty..IMO
EDIT2: May put LMCA back in the SIRI market to get over the 50 to the 53 area to take into account the convertibles....
EDIT3: They said they would not go over 50 until FCC approval....

I was too...but I think Liberty will move quickly and that means buy backs...of course they prob have a forward contract for shares....I've done well on siri and don't mind a 10-20 cent hit on paper if it pulls back. lord knows I endured more than that a few years ago ha!....I was totally out FOMO kicked in
