And here it is in its entirety. As you can clearly see i didnt leave out anything related to "rich Democratic Senators"
    Congress: The rich get richer
“Members of Congress had a collective net worth of more than $2 billion in 2010, a nearly 25 percent increase over the 2008 total, according to a Roll Call analysis of Members' financial disclosure forms,” Roll Call writes. “Nearly 90 percent of that increase is concentrated in the 50 richest Members of Congress.” Among the richest, Reps. Mike McCaul (worth at least $294 million) and Darrell Issa (at least $295 million).
“Republicans may be trying to focus their messaging on jobs and the economy — and hammering President Barack Obama for campaigning — but they still have time for some red meat base-baiting on the House floor,” Roll Call reports. “To wit: House Majority Leader Eric Cantor’s (Va.) decision to bring to the floor a measure that ‘reaffirms ‘In God We Trust’ as the official motto of the United States and supports and encourages the public display of the national motto in all public buildings, public schools, and other government institutions,’ according to the resolution, sponsored by Rep. Randy Forbes (R-Va.).”
“A Newsweek investigation found about five dozen of the most fiscally conservative Republicans ‘trying to gobble up the very largesse they publicly disown, in the time-honored, budget-busting tradition of bringing home the bacon for local constituents,’” PoliticalWire notes.
Shame on MSNBC for not covering all of the report. This is how misinformation is proliferated. This is irresponsible of MSNBC lol.

AH SO NOW WE UNDERSTAND HOW YOUR MIND WORKS. lol. Accuse me of not providing something in MY LINK and when i show that it didnt EXIST in my link you say shame on Msnbc. Lol.

Stop trying to WEEZLE out of it. lol

The charge is that Republicans oppose hurting any of their self interests even when it could help the
economy. Did you read Alan Simpsons conversation with Grover Norquist on Ronald Reagan.
The "charge" has nothing to do with Republicans and Democrats having wealthy members in Congress. DUH.

NOW dont go posting other links besides the one I started this thread with to support your distortion.

Now we see how your mind works. Pick something off a liberal website that derides your rival party, post it, find that there is more to it (that you own party is even MORE GUILTY of the charge), then try to weezle out of it. For the record, USA Today is NOT Daily Kos, ThinkProgress, Mother Jones nor MSNBC.

There's something to be said about the rich getting richer. But what happens when the people we're talking about are members of Congress?

A story in Roll Call says the collective net worth of Congress in 2010 exceeded $2 billion, a 25% increase from a similar analysis done in 2008.

The 50 richest members of Congress accounted for 90% of that increase, Roll Call says.

Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, is now the richest member of Congress. More on him later.

Roll Call regularly analyzes personal financial disclosure forms for lawmakers, who report their assets and liabilities in broad ranges. To determine wealth, the newspaper adds up the minimum value of each member's reported assets minus the minimum value of their liabilities.

A lawmaker does not have to report the value of his or her house.

One interesting finding in the Roll Call analysis: Democrats, led by Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts, hold about 80% of the wealth in the Senate. In the House, Republicans have about 78% of the wealth.

McCaul, the richest member in either chamber, is reported to be worth at least $294 million. He is a former federal prosecutor, who was first elected in 2004.

McCaul's wife, Linda, has numerous trust and investment accounts that are part of the congressman's assets, according to the Roll Call report.

Linda McCaul's father, Lowry Mays, is the founder and chairman of Clear Channel Communications, which owns radio and TV stations across the country.

Kerry is worth an estimated $193.07 million. Much of the senator's wealth comes from his wife, Teresa Heinz Kerry, whose fortune comes from the company that makes Heinz ketchup and other food products. (Her first husband, John Heinz, was an heir to the Heinz company. He died in a 1991 plane crash.)

    ----------------------------------------------

I wonder how Kerry hides his wealth?
