What is so freaking "fair" about taking more from someone who earns more?

    That's not fair at all.

I have a hypothetical question for you. Say you run for the presidency on a platform of inequality. You win, and you have your way with "the rich". You extract the money you wish from them, now, what do you do with it?

Its so interesting isnt it that Warren Buffett, Bill Gates and all the rest dont see it like you do. And they are the rich ones.

I refuse to answer a seriously ignorant question about "having your way with the rich." You continue to use loaded and incendiary language tp describe the issue which to me lets me know you dont really know what you are talking about.

Whats unfair is paying 90% income tax, not 33%. My grandfather didnt whine.

LMFAO - nice cover Lloyd. Nice tactics. Make me out to be the bad guy. The dumb one. The unfair one. The unjust one lol. Might the answer have to do with "spreading the wealth" or like Romer slipped up "we need to make corportions spend their money". I don't know about you, but those are pretty telling statements to me. I know EXACTLY what I'm talking about. You can hide your agenda from the sheeple, but eventually they'll figure it out too.

Just as you fear the ultimate goal of the conservative movement, one should also fear the ultimate goal of the liberal movement. My fall back is that there is a system of checks and balances, but in the mist of one of the greatest financial crisis' ever, within two years we have Obamacare and financial reform. More chipping away at the private sector before the checks and balances can take effect. And you know Government, once it's there, its hard as hell to eliminate. It usually gets bigger - regardless of democrats or republicans.

But anyway. Football is on and it's a nice day out. Might be the last one for a long while.

Powell: Obama failed to focus on what's 'most important'

Why? Why did Obama focus on other issues?
