That is terrible and we all have seen examples of people that have complained about it. SIRIXM had better get their act straight. While I know it is a few out of many even those few are way to many with some of the types of experience we have seen people post here. Those experience never seem to make sense to me. I will admit in dealing with other companies the same kind of shit happens everywhere.
Here is an example I had a lawn fertilizer company (a multi state company BTW) that called me and gave me a deal. That if I bought 5 treatments and paid upfront I would get the 6th for free. So I paid in Mar. and had to call several times before they came out for the first time June 16Th, that was not the last time I had to call to get them to come out. needless to say by Nov15th they still had to do 2 more treatments and I told them listen this is not working out, so why dont we just skip the other 2 and you give me some of the money back, they said no we will do the other treatments and they did the last one happened, Dec. 14th (yes I said Dec.14th). ion the end I was so pissed that not only did I want to just pull the service. I had also told them that they have tanted me so bad that not only would I not ever use them again I dont think I will ever trust another one again. So comes the next spring and what do I get a sign on my lawn of that company and a bill attached to my door for that service. I looked and not only was I pissed to think they did it and billed me for it but that when I looked at my lawn there were no granels there is in the lawn and on the sidewalk/driveway (they never did it, it also happened during my treatment, the supervisor told me it does happen sometimes, so be careful and always check to see if they did it dont just trust the little sign on your lawn). So I called costomer service and told them the story (including what had happen before) and she said they would take care of it........ Yes she did alright they sent me another bill. This went on for 2 years them sending me a bill and then I got collection agencies calling and sending me letters after I sent them a letter telling them I dont owe for the services they say I do and why, they dropped the claim.......Still not over, I started to get calls from the company now with them telling me they will sue. They said because you did not cancel us before the next year we can carry forward the contract to the next year. I told them go ahead, I would love to get this infront of a judge with my phone records. I think a judge is not going to think I was calling you 7 times in Nov. and Dec. to be telling you you are doing a great job and I want you back. They never filed and since the statue of limitations ran out I guess it is finally over.
As you can tell this still sticks with me to this day and it still pisses me off.
