I cooked up that Ling Cod tonight. I did it with just enough mayonaise to hold the bread crumbs together and a touch of horseradish (hot) and a dab of mustard. Since the fillet was so large, I cooked it at 400 degrees in the oven for 25 minutes. It came out beautiful! Man that is good! I will eat the other half tomorrow.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the dark... but today, for me, I got up early... 11:00 am.
It's actually hot out here. I put my fan into storage a day too soon.
We actually had this mom come by who was dressed up and trick or treating with her kids. As she was taking her candy, she did this slight of hand swipe trick and grabbed some extra's. It was pretty funny, we didn't say anything... but in the meantime, we didn't have a limit either on the candy, so she could have just taken a handful.
I'm not looking forward to night starting at 5 pm though.
