I cooked up that Ling Cod tonight. I did it with just enough mayonaise to hold the bread crumbs together and a touch of horseradish (hot) and a dab of mustard. Since the fillet was so large, I cooked it at 400 degrees in the oven for 25 minutes. It came out beautiful! Man that is good! I will eat the other half tomorrow.
