CHB is moving back up today.
It took a big hit right at close yesterday. After doing some serious research, I think the drop was due to some refinancing news. But, the refinancing will keep off a possible bankruptcy, so it should be good for the stock today.

I don't know if it is going to drop, but it only has two market makers between it and .005. It is worth a shot, at least for a while.
WTF is up with the 8 cent ask on LFBG? Weird.
The ask is .034. You are getting a bad quote.

But I know I saw .08 twice before.
