Good Morning all, this is a copy of a letter sent by Hertz to that audit integrity company that put the phony BK shat out,it is also a good read for those who wonder why the refi of 2 bonds by SXM was good news..
When doing a refi of debt the bond holders get to look at the books and projections by the company asnd decide wether to invest,it's good inside reading of how it's done..

Wouldn't want you to think badly of me.

On second thought, ya I would.

P.S. Michigan weather today for those of you who told me rain, 63
beautiful, sunny fall day. So there!!

Julie, as you may have noticed, our little company is coming back up. We seem to have hit a bottom of 60 cents and here we go.

And if you also remember, the last time I took off on my bike and went for a five day ride, our little company jumped up about 8 cents a share.

So.....with that in mind. I'm leaving Thursday afternoon at 2pm on another 400 mile ride to enjoy the fall leaves out in the mainland.

When I get back on Monday, I fully expect us to be very near 70 cents a share and I'm holding you personally responsible for making sure it gets there. Someone has to be the cheerleader while I'm gone, and I figure you can handle the job! That job just drives me nuts!

Up another 2% or so today. Considering the overall market had a pretty bad day, we did pretty well!

It's great to have a couple of good days in a row.

The quarter will be ending soon and then we'll be waiting for the run up to 80 cents or better.

So here we go for my last time this week.

    Rah, Rah, Rah!!!!!

Julie will be handling the cheerleading until I get back in town.

That's quite the responsibility you are entrusting me with Chuck! Getting my pom poms out of storage as we speak and ready to step up to the plate.
Unfortunately, big game on Sat, Awesome Spartans against that other pathetic team, blue something or other, so I won't have my Michigan buds
to support my efforts. I could always ask my other friends here for help but I'm afraid their busy too. For one, I know Socal will be busy roasting his nuts, although I didn't realize it was still that warm in California!
Anyway, you can count on me.

Best wishes Chuck for a wonderful ride and a safe one. And beware of squirrels.

    See you on Monday.

    Julie

HAHAHA - PHUCK THE NAB !

FCC gets around to XM-Sirius info request
    2009-09-30 15:46:00
    Font size:
Back in the days when the National Association of Broadcasters was expending considerable effort trying to block the merger of XM and Sirius, it requested information about the two companies from the FCC under Freedom of Information Act. The FCC has just now gotten around to ruling on the matter.

The vast bulk of the XM and Sirius applications were deemed competitively sensitive and exempt from release.

At the very least, the NAB made headway trying to find out about the deliberate mislocation of terrestrial translators and other acts of technical malfeasance. NAB wanted not only details filed with the FCC, but names and titles of employees involved in the acts.

The FCC determined that some of this information could be released, but with the names redacted – FCC counsel determined that the individuals’ right to privacy outweighed the NAB’s right to their identities.

RBR-TVBR observation: Our government in action. It’s just a brilliant sequence of events. XM and Sirius apply to merge against the terms of their founding. They both admit wrong-doing. The NAB asks for details. The FCC brushes aside the wrong-doing via consent decree and grants the merger that was made illegal at birth. Then, over a year later after the merger is approved, the FCC gets around to dealing with the FOIA request, doling out a crumb or two of information well after it has any practical use for the NAB. The whole thing just takes your breath away.

    Good Morning Everyone,

As my friend Chuck (candleman) gets ready to embark on a
400 mile bike trip (ouch) I have been entrusted with the
cheerleading duties. His are big pom poms that I need to fill.
At least they will be before his trip.
By his return on Monday he expects me to cheer us up
    to the .70's.

    We can do this!!

    Enjoy this beautiful day
    GO SIRIUS!!!

    my friend john

in all the time I have known john . . I must say that this is by far his most prolific period of "posting"

rivaling perhaps even that of Van Gogh's dark-period at Arles Provence

I just hope to god that "Handwringer" doesn't cause john to cut off his ear
