Magnum/SRI tests are targeting premium applications that contain high grade properties. This also includes maximizing cost savings for clients while producing high quality materials. The reason why Magnum/SRI premium compounds are one of a kind is because they can be substituted in high specification compound applications without appreciable loss in properties or performance. Furthermore, the reason why our clients will prefer to use Magnum/SRI compounds is because they will be able to enjoy a substantial and meaningful reduction in raw material cost without compromising product performance and quality. In the competitive environment of rubber product manufacturing this is a major development having a direct positive impact on our customer's bottom line.

[QUOTE=Ramsey;52935]he he...LOL -- my wife came into my office a little while ago -- I've got scraps of paper, two calculators, and three screens going...

    Me: "what's up?"

her: "just thought I'd come in and hang out for a while"

Me: "Can we do *that* later"

    her: "fine"

Me: (insert cartoon-style thought bubble) boy, glad she didn't see me *working* on my new Dan Brown book

Did she say fine or did she say FINE!! There is a difference you know.
Although I don't know why I'm telling you guys anything.

I have some trend software that I have set up to follow XAUUSDO, it posted a sell signal today, and there is a gap to fill - current price 991.70, and the gap closure would be 980.

Looking at NYMEX gold contracts, there isn't a gap, but there could still be a pullback to 980.

Looking at GLD, it had a breakout a little while back, and it's pulling back, not sure if it will retest the triangle all the way. If the cyclical theory holds up, it should. Correlating the GLD chart with PMU though, it appears that PMU pulled back much more than GLD though... see the jun highs, and then the corresponding candle on PMU to GLD.

Like you, I don't trade the whole account, and wanted to clear some stocks out first before a buy. But I'd like to catch PMU in the 0.28-0.29 range, and had 2 days to do so. SQNM which I had a lead in had some really bad news today, and dropped big time. Luckily, I had a run up going, and pretty sure, I only lost a little... will check in a minute. But that cleared up enough to go in.

While expecting a pullback in gold to fill the gap, those little doji like candles could mean an upswing... so I'm really cautious. I'd like to buy PMU on a pullback, but if gold rallies tomorrow, and the price of PMU rallies past that green dashed line, I may buy it, hope for a quick up run... but, like you, I'd rather be patient and buy on a pullback... in fact, with the risk reward ratio - ie. expecting a high on PMU to be at 0.38, it actually isn't worth the risk buying on a breakout above 0.33.

Plan is to wait then... thanks for bringing it up... made me think about it a little more. A pullback to 980 in gold should likely get us in at 0.28... perhaps mark that spot and look PMU to go below and reverse, and try to hit 0.28.

I was too busy with SQNM when I woke up, and also monitoring ASFX to make the PMU trade.

Technically, I'd like to clear more out of my IRA, which has QASP, SIRI and BCLE and do the trade there. But, I'm waiting on a little gain on QASP or BCLE before trading out of it.

I did learn the beauty of buying protective puts though today... one cheap way out of time put on SQNM would have saved some of my gains. Next time I'm up like that, I'll look into it. I'm going to buy one on PACR, as I'm waiting on it to decide which way to go.

    Oops - forgot charts...

My new favorite quote from a shrubber....

"Relax. It's just people giving the illusion of selling off. 10,000 shares at .0085? Seriously? I scoff as I fart at ridiculous behavior."

That place cracks me up. It's scary to think these people can vote and procreate.....

LOL - I only use that place to find out if there is a PR floating around... disregard anything else said there.

    Doc

On PMU, that is the exact plan that I was following. The pullback in gold signaling the time to buy in. I do feel strongly that 30 cents or less is the point to do it.

Although I don't look at much more than the 1 day, 5 day, and 6 month daily sales charts. I want you to know how nice it is to have my gut feelings backed up by your super charting.

Gold has been weak for the last several sessions. But, once we firmly break over the 1020 mark, I think we'll see 1200 pretty quickly, like 2 to 3 weeks. Then it will be time to take a 25% profit in PMU and let Bill find another hot property!!!

Wow Doc, SQNM really took a beating today. I never had looked at it before this very moment. I'm glad you got out with some resemblance of a shirt left on your back.
