10K plus 1K bonus shares = 11K for the new company "BioCentric Global Solutions, Incorporated".
Your current shares, plus the bonus shares will move into the new company.
Your present shares will not stay with BEHL since all asset are sold to the new company.

SPNG UPDATE: California Resident Realizes that sleeping in past 6AM is worth more than relative gains in stock market. Said resident states that he will likely be of a different mind after his impending relocation to Chicago.
Mr. Ramsey also states that he would much prefer to not have to bounce from breakfast with his family back to the computer. He feels that, after his move, he will feel better about working market deals when the hours of operation are not conflictive to his relationship with his family. Apparently, Ramsey believes that the smiles of his son are worth more than the money that he'll make on the stock market - at this time. He furthered that this *may* not be the case when his prince is a teenager.

His press releases are painful to read.
And now, he can't describe in detail what is probably the biggest press release of BEHL's life to many of its shareholders on The Shrub.
