EVFL's heart is starting to beat again. It is coming out of hibernation.

They just got moved up on the tier for the Pinkies so I think this has more to do with commison charges between them and the MM's than anything else.
I saw that list posted but got a little spooked by that email they sent me, hopefully scott is the only one doing it cause I dont want to hold a stock that nobody can buy from me. Hopefully that new pr will help get this thing going again

good early afetrnoon gentlemen, looks like the action is fast and furious today, atleast in the spng world. I saw the high for bcle earlier today but what happened??? Profit taking? Curious to see how it reacts throughout the day, I thought for sure we would see or even close @.04 today.

Well it did jump and seems to be holding @ .0002 ... at the moment anyway.

Yeah, a bit of confusion there Stang, did quite a bit of digging around over the weekend, couldn't find anything similar on my Etrade re; these restrictions, which took me back to what we had drummed up earlier with the commisions matter- What does throw it all though is the wording in those emails - Bill had something about the CUISP (?) as well. Seems to me that Scottrade is making this more ... 'panicky' than is warranted.

Well, there are tons of them....just check the list up above a few posts...it is CYA for Scotty. I think that you are right that moving up to top tier level has caused commission problems. I have nothing to base that on, but it sounds good to me.

    SCOTTRADE and EVFL

I have no idea what is going on with Scottrade. But, just for the fun of it, I put in a buy order for a million shares of EVFL at .0001 on Scottrade and they accepted and then executed the trade.

So, it appears that the restriction on buying EVFL is either lifted or Scottrade just doesn't have a clue!

Hey fellow tarheel. Charlotte, NC here...

EVFL is a hoot. I use Zecco and Thinkorswim (TOS) and TOS periodically shows EVFL as 0.000...that's reassuring, huh?

I'm going with the doesn't have a clue option. I've found when dealing with brokers if you ask enough you'll get the answer you want to hear, but it doesn't mean its right
