It has finally slowed down....It wasn't like it got hit by a bus....It just set it back a few months. I could recoup fast. There are 2,115,000 buy orders in and only 30,000 sell orders ... so there you go!

Actually the best thing they could do is just make some money. That is why it always pays to see if a company has gone through a R/S before buying it.

Here is where I see the rub....you do the R/S for one of the above two purposes and if the stock is still perceived as crap, then it will only make gains or losses like it did before the R/S. In essence you have lost your leverage in share count. The R/S exchange is to make the stock look pretty as possible for the company. The stock will PROBABLY go down and you will just lose on that also.

    Does that make any sense?

It is just not a good deal. This could very well happen to a company like MGLG. I am not saying that it will. I just brought it up because they were talking about it on the spoke.
Oddly enough, though this looks textbook for a r/s, mglg may be too lazy to go through the motions. Consider the way they handle the pr's and such...so they may not care to make the shares look more attractive?

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., Sep 03, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Bio-Clean International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BCLE) () announced today the formation of American Construction Services, Inc. Bio-Clean International, Inc. will own a 49% minority interest in the new corporation, with John P. Finn, President of Bio-Clean International, Inc. and the newly-named President of American Construction Services, Inc., owning the remaining capital stock of American Construction Services, Inc.
James E. Shipley, President of Bio-Clean International, Inc., stated, "We expect that American Construction Services, Inc. will be granted certification as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) shortly. We also expect to obtain licensing as a contractor in the near future. Because of the planned status of American Construction Services, Inc. as a SDVOSB certified business, we believe that American Construction Services, Inc. will be in a good position to bid on and be issued contracts on numerous government projects, including those involving environmental clean-up and bio-hazard remediation through the use of our own environmentally-safe cleaning fluids and those of our Teaming Partners."
Mr. Shipley went on to say, "John Finn brings his years of experience in the construction business with one of the nation's largest home builders to the table. His knowledge of the industry will be of great benefit in ensuring the success of this new endeavor.

BCLE- hopefully, this new PR will cont the slow climb out of the grave!

QASP- up alittle, down alittle, up alittle...you get the point!

SPNG- teaming up with GETFUGU...WHATEVER THE HELL THAT IS...Don't want to catch it thats for sure! Actually, getfugu will allow you with a smartphone to be able to locate locations nearest you sell SPONGETECH products. Sounds as useful as TWITTER! but can't hurt!
