Bill, how are you this evening. I just returned from my work trip, a long 4 hour drive, and looked at the actin today...WTF, Whoa. I did not expect qasp to be down today especially that far.

BCLE is worrysome to me now and i'm not sure what to do. Maybe sell for a penny loss and buy more qasp???

I am going to help put this into perspective. First of all, the product isn't just green fluid in plastic tubes..that is misleading to readers. We have just started FISCAL year 2009. Here is what Shipley told me:

    From: Jeshipley
    To: ir@Bio-cleanintl.com

    Mr. XXXXXXX:

My name is James Shipley, and I am the President of Bio-Clean International, and your inquiry was passed to me.

First, thank you for investing in our company, it is greatly appreciated. Second, as for the answers to your questions, I can only tell you that we are in the process of bringing everything current with Pink Sheets, and all the information you requested will be available soon. I cannot give you a date certain, as it would only be a guess. As always, we are waiting on accountants, and lawyers. However, there are a couple of your questions that I can answer.

    1) The approximate float is 30 million shares.
    2) The approximate amount of stock issued and outstanding is 75,000,000 shares.
    3) The projections for revenues fiscal year 2009 is approximately $30 million. I realize this is very high, but we have bid government jobs for three times that amount, and we believe that when one or several of these contracts are let, we will be in the running. Also, in order to justify this figure, one should definitely research the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certifications, qualifications, and government laws, which can be found on our website, www.americanbioclean.com

    5) Cannot release present company information that has not been made public, and I am sure you must understand that.

    6) We expect monetary results with the Pipe Company in the very near future, and we will announce the jobs as they are bid, and finalized. We do not have a monetary interest in the company.

We will add your name to our e-mail list, and please accept our gratitude and appreciation once again.

    Regards,

    James E. Shipley

    e-mail - jim@bio-cleanintl.com

    Part 2:

Mr. XXXXXXX: First, I answer my e-mails, and return the calls received. We have installed a new answering type software from Verizon in our office, and it could be some of the calls people have made have not been returned because we may have lost the messages. We will try to do better on that front.

I cannot discuss up and coming revenues, and what is up and coming concerning announcements with the company. When we can announce something of worth and value, we will do so, for all to see.

We have not issued any e-mails about anything to anybody, but you are on our e-mail list.

I can tell you that the company is going through a complete audit, and should be completed in the next 60 days or so. When that is completed, it will be posted on pink sheets, and hopefully that will take some of the confusion out of the mixture. We want to take the company to next level to benefit all shareholders.

As for facebook, or any other websites that post comments, I do not read them. I neither have the time or do I care what is posted. Many many times in the past, comments and postings are simply not correct, and should not be used for anyone to make a decision on there investments.

As things progress and when they have in fact happened, we will be posting news releases for all to see.

Thank you again for your investment in BCLE.

    Guys,

I sent the most recent email (a couple of days ago) to the wrong address. Those above, are not the emails that I sent the other day. I am going to forward it to the email listed above. I must have got an old email address at aol.com. I forwarded it to the correct address and explained to him...

Just read all the news on BCLE.
Sorry guys. I know how much it sucks to believe in a stock and have it disappoint.

The good news is that there will be another performing stock tomorrow. There are plenty of companies that can take your losses and turn them into profits.

    Jeff,

I pretty much agree spot on with you. That was pretty much my interpretation. I just sent the email to Shipley at the proper email address...that might aid him reading it, lol.

Just a thought...we are talking FISCAL years here.

I am going to see what the man has to say. Feel free to email him also..anybody...as a matter of fact, I really encourage it.

I just want to know what I am doing before I do personally do anything. I all ready stepped off of the deep end once today without having facts..(embarrassing). Shots knows what I am talking about. Nothing serious or anything to do with anything posted in this thread. That is just the path that I am going to take. It may be smart or it may be dumb...time will tell.

    Have a great evening,

    Bill

If you really want a secret...buy and hold spng until october, any price under .24 is a winner come october...if you can hold and wait/watch that long...when the 10Q comes out, audited by D&T it will be nice...

    remember >>> under .20 is a bargain...today closed .1919.<<<

Thanks romo, your DD and experience in this one has been exceptional, going back as far as I can remember. I have been giving all my 'holdings' a good rethink, which is nothing out of the ordinary ... Tonight I was thinking back on the year so far and I really have nothing to complain about ... I made and (actually sold to realize it) about 13K from co. stock and have another 7-8K or so gain waiting in the wings, if\when I decide to pull the trigger. SIRI, going back to last year (Dec.) is siting at about a 5K gain with my avg. being @ .28 and I am sticking to my guns on a buck to 1.25 which would net about 14K. The rest is in these pennies and they are all currently underwater, BEHL about the closest to even, though only about 10K shares. Miggle I am getting clobbered but only need to get to .0001 to be even again. QASP ... I am liking even after the semi-let down today, I will likely pick up another 20K shares get to a cool, even 100K (shares) since they have fallen to such a bargain price ... I guess it helps to sort all this out in my head and out loud as it is. Think I just missed the train on spng this go around, the woulda, coulda, shoulda's just flatly suck ... But they are good lessons to really pay attention to what is being brought forward here and to follow up on each others follow up. I missed the run with BEHL and jumped in a hair too late, same with miggle ... Shoot even QASP today, if I had held off yesterday ... but, that was really unexpected ... playing devils advocate might have been a good move in hindsight ... the classic 'what if ?' - "What if there is\(was) a delay in the closing of the acquisitions?"

I am at a point now where I am uncomfortable taking out anything from powder that is set aside for paying off debt. The only thing holding me back from settling out one or the other loans, CC's, is waiting for the new car loan to show up so I can decide my moves, pay off the worse interest first, re-finance for a better loan ... what have you. The whole goal with all of this is to be debt free, the car came into the mix a bit ahead of schedule with the C for C deal, it was supposed to be after everything was paid off ... But it was a vital necessity, the wife had driven it to it's last ... (actually, now I am driving it and ... put it this way, I downshift through the gears so I don't have to use the brakes ... and will be freezing my rear off come winter if I don't get all this settled and myself a new vehicle).

I guess after the small QASP purchase I am done and will go into hibernation phase again for awhile (or is that grind away under my breath about having to be more patient!) and just let things gestate. I am telling you, try as I might, I have no knack for doing flips or day trading ... I think the swing is broken even on swing trades, I am, stuck in the vise of 'buy and hold', even if it is really short term all things considered. Still and again, no complaints .. despite the whining!

P.S. One little PR from miggle could make all this ramble worthless ... Goodness, if it could get to QASP status ... i'll be sending out cases of sponges to everybody and be buying up shares like no tomorrow ...

Now, after posting all of that, I just have to say....do what you need to do. If swapping it out for another stock is to your advantage then go for it. We can't win them all. Timing is everything!
