im watching spng very very closely...as for that candle you mentioned...isn't the tip of the penant practically flat at the point, the trading range has been 2% and the volume is 1/2 the average this whole week.
Now that I have had a breather... the general market based on just general shape of price only, still appears to be turning over to the downside, despite the little rally. It has a way to go to up to break to new hight... but as it appears to be rolling over, a sidewise motion could also form. We get runs, then consolidations, back and forth, so boxing in the lower end of the previous nasdaq gap and just over 2000, 9000-9500 on the dow, the recent hit of support 2 days ago to the current highs on the NYSE, and .etc as possible trading ranges, is the the most conservative move, IMO, and letting things work out for the the interim may be the best play for the big boards.
Yeah - like that example I gave of IGNT, if we get to the end, the pattern is void. We aren't to the tip yet on SPNG yet, and you want to see the volume decrease in the pattern, so that's a good sign... or maybe I should say, that's a sign of an accelerated move, once it gets going - in either direction.
In the end, its a real company, and if the stuff is in costco, etc., I think its a good thing anyway, so not as worried about the pattern, as I would be on a stock that I don't have a better feeling for - ie. some of these are pretty abstract in terms of what's going on. SPNG, SIRI, ASFX, I can understand, buy their products, see people using the products - we'll with SIRI, I don't see it a lot, but I don't run around with a lot of folks that can afford buying new cars either.
I emailed one of my friends who is a business consultant with McKinsey, she said she's seen the ASFX thermometer used for cooking.
I'm going to buy one, test it vs. a thermometer laying around the lab, then give it away to my tech who just had a kid if its accurate... then think about buying more stock. I'll test a sponge, then send one to my mechanic friend here and my sister who owns a precision tune. I bought an extra SIRI unit, so I'll hand that out to one of my friends as well.
I was worried about that negative ASFX PR a few days back, and (we'll sleeping too much also played a role, lol) almost decided to cash out on the technicals, was awake enough a few times, but figured a little more in the hole I could tolerate... (I consider the pop luck)... and who knows if it'll ride back down, but it seems they have a decent chunk of products whether the needle melter pans out.
BEHL I like too, since there is a lot of algae talk around me, including my own lab, and we aren't that kind of lab. But, I've seen before when there is a lot of talk, things can move pretty quickly on this biotech hill I'm on.
Actually, even though I thought the ipod was nifty, I bought AAPL back in 2003 more because of the talk around work about the new MacOS running on top of UNIX, and seeing our cray super computer being swapped out with a bunch of boxes that said Apple on them... still don't know what those computers are sitting in there.. its a stack, but, made me think.
Anyhoo - seeing things in stores and actually bought (I've had a penny stock in the past, still do, have a sell order in now though, get stuff in stores, but with no advertising, never saw the product move) is a bird in the hand.. kind of like taking some of your paper profits off of the table after a run up.
So, I'm more akin to taking some stomach ache over price on stocks like these... and my experience so far, it doesn't happen too often.
hey, don't forget WRSP-Q![]()
It's up to 0.0035! --- must be that Senura's looking at defaulting on the debt purchase agreement.
My hope is that - no offense to him - he doesn't come up with the cash & Mel finds himself a Indian investor and goes for it!

luckily spng is cash flow positive and demonstrating increasing earnings and increasing advertising and stock buy backs are in motion as well...guess we just need the updated 10k to prove it, pr's have no effect at this juncture.Yeah - like that example I gave of IGNT, if we get to the end, the pattern is void. We aren't to the tip yet on SPNG yet, and you want to see the volume decrease in the pattern, so that's a good sign... or maybe I should say, that's a sign of an accelerated move, once it gets going - in either direction.

Very interesting and just makes me want to fire off another buy at BEHL... lets load up...
Ok..but it is interesting.
On another note: Why is QASP dragging its feet...my goodness..shouldn't this thing be climbing...!?!
Damn it Romo! I was planning on going to Burning Man with that money!
Now...sh&t...NOW I *have* to put *that* money in to a damn sponge!
And, I guess I should say thanks for adding to my research list, tooNo worries, I've been wondering what the heck I could do with those hours between 2AM&5AM
Which is fine, there's always next year...
Any opposing arguments to buying in tomorrow?
In case you didn't pick up on it...this entire post is chock full of sarcasm - well, except for the fact that I now *need* to own sponges and that I now don't *need* to go to Burning Man as much as I *need* to own sponges.
