1/1millionth means you got 723 shares?? or you just being a jive turkey

I told my brother i was a 5% owner and he freaked, for a second thought it could be true, then we laughed and said Id have to file something with the SEC...I have 40k shares (thats heavy for me)
723? You calling me an MM? lol... no I have more than that... I'd have to log in to see, but I'm not as big of a heavy hitter as you guys.

    1. The company did not get caught up in the lead paint scare last year, and thus consumers trust the brand.

    2. I have seen two movies with my kids that Hasbro helped produce, and they plaster their name on these movies. TRANSFORMERS and G.I. JOE.

    3. Hasbro will profit from the movies.

    4. Hasbro will profit from DVD's sales

    5. Hasbro will profit from toy sales.

In my opinion, Hasbro has entered a very big stage in that they are more heavilly involved in big time movies, and the launch their marketing in a very smart way. Transformer toys at McDonalds, GI Joe at Burger King. Kids will love the movie, and want the DVD and the Toys.

I do not own the stock, but likely will soon. (after I do some research on the charts, and volume history)
wow, the moving averages (im just understanding them) are wild for the 3 month chart, scrambling my brain to figure out what direction its headed.

    Earnings .26 and dividend of .20 look nice, low O/s 139MM, low P/E 13.94, i see a gap at 25.38,

its still not too far off its march low of about $21

S&P has it at 3 of 5 stars, street rates buy, and the others are buy strong buy and long.

looks like its almost a buy at $26, the recent consumer sentiment probably hurt the stock this week.

The july earnings beat the estimates by .03, sounds good...

That's weird, that stock showed up on my TA radar a while back. At least with this stock, I can run some screens, unlike the others...

HAve a good evening... talk to you later...

cripes us? well maybe somebody here...but like was stated, its all relative...$500 or $5k only matters in how much is alot to you (not anyone else)

I was shocked when a guy at work said his son wanted to invest $500 in the market but he told him no, you can't invest under $30k, i said wha wha what?? What if he turns that $500 into $5k and then $50k. Let him try at least.

It is good conversation, not rambling. I am ready for the Makers right now. I am going to apply the same rule with patience. I let other people get me guessing sometimes. I hear people getting impatient and then I lose some of my tempering. I know better than that. This isn't my first Rodeo with stocks. I will just stick with my game.

    I'm pretty readable huh? - here's a quick story...

I got all excited about SPNG, and I ran to scottrade, which is down the street from work, and deposited a check, as if you do it by hand, the money clears the following day. I get in there, and Cramer is on. He was explaining his rule #7 or #8, which is don't buy stocks trading in the single dollar range (he wasn't referring to unlisted stocks, but listed stocks that have been battereed into the single digits). Anyway, I got a little laugh cause it made me think of that PACR trade today... exactly the opposite of what CNBC, etc. is telling me to do... and the young lady asked me what I was laughing about... I just said "Cramer", and she said, "yeah, that's what we think about him in here too".

p.s. already looked at daily, weekly, monthly charts of Hasbro, along with option tables going out to January.
