I will do my best at explaining it more clearly. I had a sell order in at .615 and kept it there because I thought the report was good and the PPS would get at least that high. If I was not so up on the report I would have been mislead like many and sold at .53 or .54 then I would have bought back at a ten cent gain at .43 or .44. I hope that clears it up for you, BECAUSE MY GOD I CANT DO ANY BETTER.

LOL @ME.....ya total mind fart by me......misunderstood the sell points available to you vs your goal sell point...sorry

ok folks...just read the entire CC conf call transcript and there's absolutely no discussion of the loss per share, nothing, zippo. No explanation of the two statements which conflict (loss .01 vs .07). Nothing about one time charge, nothing. Now, perhaps this is common knowledge for in the know investors, but I've worked in public companies and have read tons of press releases, and they always go out of their way to explain one time charges to clear the decks. So, I'm still confused. Sorry guys...perhaps I'm missing something, but the way the stock dropped like a brick, I don't think so. If it is due to a one time charge and they would've stated it, the stock would've have soared based on that and all the other good news (cash flow, etc). Loss of subs, sucks, but no surprise there.

Bought 157,457 shares @ .19, and am wholly convinced that this investment has a LONG way to run. Ignore and forget about all the "experts" in the media. They're ALL wrong and ALL ignorant. Listen to Tyler.

Read the book "Proof," by Paul Reahal, for a detailed 2003 example of how those with the loudest voice are by far the most clueless. This is particularly true when it comes to a unique opportunity like SIRI-XM.

We should all take tremendous strength from their continued "warnings" and "recommendations," as they do nothing but confirm that SIRI is an stone cold lock.

    Patience.

Yup...SP will bounce back.....it kinda sucks though to give up almost 20% of gains on what should've been an UP day. But, silver lining to the cloud...bought more shares!

I do. I'm very optimistic. I truly believe the press release was botched. Others may disagree. But, whatever the reason for today's decline, SP will rise again soon. As of now, although down a lot by percentage from yesterday, it is still above levels from last week. Once the street better absorbs the facts, it will come back strong...IMHO.

Just sent this to Investor Relations....probably for naught, but needed to vent.

"Hi. While I am pleased to be holding almost 400,000 shares of SIRI, and equally pleased over progress towards profitability, I was dismayed by the confusing statement in the press release regarding the loss in Q1 expressed in $/share. There are two statements in the same paragraph, one showing a loss of .01 and the other .07 with absolutely no explanation of the difference. The financial media has jumped on the (.07) figure and declared SIRI missing expectations, causing a sell off. Unfortunately, with no written explanation as to the difference between these numbers and no discussion of it during the Conf Call, confusion reigns. Please explain publicly what this is. It's a shame to see all the positive news overwhelmed by a PR error. Thanks."
