Doesnt seem like the manipulation is getting better, in fact the lower the volume, the easier it is to see it, which means they dont give a crap. Complaints are on deaf ears it seems. The .29 and .30 are garbage. I had an order in for .305 and didnt get filled but someone did for .29???!!!

Would not even at 100 shares Stangs would get filled first because of price even if a partial.
Yeah I would not have wanted to pay a commision on 100 shares its just the fact that I have had that order in for a week and they filled someone else at a lower price
