I agree people as a whole are getting lazier every day. Anything that requires effort won't be worth doing soon. In ten years we'll be the fattest laziest sacks of crap to ever not walk the Earth.

A lot of these guys seem to constantly underestimate the value of content which is not available elsewhere, and certainly not for free.
The other miscalculation is their faith in the ability of WiFi to deliver signal to cars on the move. First, the use of the iPhone or any other portable device with a car is kludgy. You have to hook it up, etc. What a pain. Bluetooth would make it easier, but you still have to turn on a few devices, not just turn on the radio. Ok for some, perhaps for long trip, but sucks for when you are moving in and out of the car. Secondly, WiFi doesn't broadcast the way satellite radio or even AM or FM does. It won't work well in a car that's moving. The device (cell phone enabled with wifi) has to authenticate and handshake with the wifi access point. True, it won't need to have users enter passwords or anything, but it's not like it will be seamless. As you drive and are listening to NFL, you can count on the time you will miss the big play as the cell phone streaming is interupted as you move from the range of one access point to find another one. Now,if you're sitting in Starbucks sucking down a pricey latte, wifi to your cell phone will work perfectly.

When is the next time SiriusXM is announcing ANYTHING? This company is so silent nothing ever seems to be going on. I sure do wish they were a little more proactive in regard to creating some "excitement". I can not imagine why they are not hyping the release of the iPhone app much in the way Apple builds up anticipation for their new products.

I just stare at this stock every day and wonder to myself......

And....just occurred to me.....who the hell is going to build out the wifi infrastructure so there's access points everywhere? Certainly not the free riding internet radio companies. Whoever builds such an infrastructure will want to charge for it....bye bye free internet radio! (as a means of delivering entertainment to cars that is).

    Talking Trading Volume

Below are the spreads from the high and low's over the last two weeks:

    3-24 .053
    3-25 .056
    3-26 .0399
    3-27 .0199

3-30 .0535 (Monday take down last week)
    3-31 .0345
    4-1 .03
    4-2 .03
    4-3 .0196

    4-6 .03
    4-7 .0198

Not sure exaclty what this means, if anything, but it seems to me that once we consolidate to the point where the spread is less than .02, we get a reaction the next day. Both of the last two weeks, it has happened on Friday. If the range holds today....tomorrow with the UPTICK hearings....could break the range tomorrow?

Anyone thoughts? Am I way out in left field with this one?
