Hey Brandon and Newman i thought there was supposed to be no politics in this thread? What happened? All i do is go away for a little bit and all of a sudden politics is back. Probably not worth arguing with these people Tripp although I dont like to let people spew lies and crap. The fact is that some of the people that post here (like John ) are pretty far out there. He doesnt even believe in the benefits of hybrid. plug-in hybrid, and electric cars for the environment and business. Since I am counting on those new cars to resurrect the present moribund industry and to dominate it in the future and by so doing help my investment in Sirius you can imagine what I think of his logic and business insight.

Try it. Makes for a much better read. That way we can detatch your arguements core vs. your general beliefs. As each issue has right and wrong, what works, and what hasnt. Regardless of party orientation or overall woldview systems. We dont ask people when announceing their political agendas whether they are homosexual or heterosexual, christian, or muslim, atheist or god fearing. Each situation has a right and wrong solution regardless of these factors. Id rather hear a debate on one aspect of Clintons decisions, or Bush, than to take the entire Presidency on a liberal or conservative slant. All presidents do things that are both conservative and liberal, christian or atheist, etc... Obama's support for stem cell research , for instance might be viewed as anti christian, and his stance on gay marriages. But his take on health care, social reform might very well be considered liberal and christian. His take on wall street socialistic, and his approach to Iraq and Afganistan can still be seen somewhat conservative.
Exactly. Everyone I think expected Obama to be ultra-liberal, partly from hope (Democrats) and hype (Republicans during the election). What we've seen so far is much more in the middle. Now that could always change, but for now
