homer:
Just out of curiosity, do you happen to know Appolo's average price per share? I know it would not be exact, but an estimate with some numbers behind it?
I am curious as to some of these "independant directors" and thier cost basis in Sirius. Would they be in agreement with a $1/share sale price today? Or are they just as underwater as most of us.
TIA

First, get to know the man...
http://www.time.com/time/magazine/ar...983521,00.html
Demian,if you read the annual report about the R/S and some of THEIR problems for doing it they list the shares that wouldn't be issued and thus not subject to R/S is problematic to the deal with liberty as any shares issued after r/s would have to account for 40% stake to liberty, but think about it logically, they want to get rid of the huge amount of shares to stop manipulation and they can use those shares now to reduce some debt...As for full dilution,it is already priced in to the sp,and with 6 bil shares as of now,it affects all the metrics that analyst forcast for their target prices...
EX:EPS,market cap etc....it will look a whole lot better with full dilution and 800 million shares issued...look at it this way,if you are not green with avg price by time r/s comes you will only get your money back plus a small to med profit, not a 2,3,4 bagger...sorry
Now why i don't want it is because i'm already green with .26 avg cost,so my risk with r/s is nil,but my reward without one is differnce between 400% return with R/S and 3000% return without R/S....

Johnny, by the looks of your chart, it looks like that says CURRENT VALUE of holdings.
I want to know what Appolo's COST AVERAGE is, as well as any other of the board members. We know Mel's already...
