A reverse split in SIRI's case would benefit the shareholders. As far as the concept, you got it.
THANK YOU Brandon for taking the time and thought to explain this, I really do appreciate you and others that help guide me.

I just figured it out! I did tell one person about the experience. Moviemkr. I told her that I spoke with Paul about getting Mel to participate in the movie. THAT's where you got it! BUSTED!

Most people don't get in but they were gracious enough to have given me a great hat and show me around. I'm sure I never mentioned any private meetings. I was given a private tour of the studio and offices. Shirley was lovely.

Also, the Sheraton New York also had Sirius XM playing in the restaurant.

I agree about the timing of a reverse split.
    1) The Liberty deal is still fresh in the media.
    2) The 2Q iPhone release timing.
    3) The Stock Market is slowly moving upward.
    4) Threat of Uptick re-reinstatement
    5) Pilosi wants a new Jet that goes further without refueling

OK. . . . so the last item won't sell the stock. I just had to put in a political comment! It seems that her standards for flying is different for the Auto Execs that are having financial problems than that of a Congress that has not balanced their books in decades!!!

I think just sirius was referring to these comments made by you:

I've got about 10 minutes before my private tour of Sirius XM HQ's

Back from my tour. Very informative. All I will say, is that I can now sleep at night, go out and play in the sun or snow, and keep accumulating shares....

That's all you will say? why?

Let me just say that the Miller Tabek analysis is pretty close to what I beleive will occur. I told Paul I wouldn't write about certain aspects of our conversation as some of it is dependant on market conditions, which no one can predict right now.

I will say that even if I end up being right about top line numbers, the company's bottom line will still improve year over year.

We got into a discussion regarding subs and how they are broken down. Expect a change in the way the numbers are broken down in time.

    ========
I can certainly appreciate you not divulging certain aspects of the conversation you had with Paul during your private tour, but I think just sirius and many of us would like to know the other things that are allowing you to sleep at night and accumulate more shares. Care to share?

    R/S

    Brandon.
Thanks for explaining the R/S and how you see it.
I mentioned in an earlier post that I still don't understand why you and others believe this will take place when the SP will be at .80 , instead of .33 today or maybe .50 in a month. Thanks.

A 20 to 1 reverse would put the Sirius enterprise value to shares outstanding comparable to what Comcast is at Currently.

    ----------BEFORE ---------------------------------------AFTER------
    2,880,000,000---3,860,000,000---- CMCSA---- 2,880,000,000 ----- 193,000,000
    67,840,000,000-4,600,000,000 ----SIRI -------- 67,840,000,000 -- 4,600,000,000
    -------- 23.56------------- 1.19------------ ratio------------ 23.56---------------23.83
