That being said - I am buying in at .32 - and I'm predicting once the level off occurs - we hit the convergence and breakout either way. I'm hoping we are correct in that it will climb up on the breakout... but again I'm taking a risk...

Get ready to laugh if we break .32 and drop..... that would be just my luck....
Then you should note, I dont trust wedges that are that short time framed as much as longer drawn out ones. This pattern is newly forming, and has no long term confirmation. Week long wedge patterns are more legitamite, I guess would be the word. Also the longer the wedge pattern, the greater the degree of breakout. This is a short forming wedge, the "breakout" could be to .45 cents, max, and another pattern could from again, or another retrace to .35 range.

Basically a long story about the merger process, BK debacle, and now rise back from the dead! Definitely a slightly positive spin to it, keep the bash-free articles coming, Yahoo!
A good article, not positive or negative, but honest and explains the situation and history nicely.

I'm in a gambling mood today anyway.... Either way - I can risk it based on my overall average and risk tolerance....

One way or another I'll be laughing... either today as it drops like a lead anchor or in a year when it's over 1.00.

Don't you know - I only post here to provide entertainment... consider it my hat and cane magic show...........

We retired about 10 years ago and moved to the US from Germany. I was working for the Finanzamt ( German IRS ), my husband for Allianz. We bought a few houses and small commercial places and make our living on rental income.
As for our investments in the stock market, we are still down about 70k from about a year ago, that is to say there is no killing. But on the other side we are up more than 40k from last november. My problem is , I always sell to early and then I don't have the patience to wait for another opportunity.
It might sound stupid, but thank to this board, I feel very good about Sirius now and that is why I still buy.

Just so long as when it drops we don't have to hear any more from the "A-Team" or anyone else about manipulation. Obvious we just have a bunch of little yappers chained up on the porch. All bark, no bite.

you better believe if we see another forced drop today - I will redouble my efforts...

First step will be to send the same emails TWICE a day to the SEC....

Thanks relmor, sl62, para, demian, tripping and more. I've been reading this forum for a while and wanted to jump in and say thanks. I purchased 10k shares at .13 and have been extremely antsie about whether to sell or hold long term. I'm leaning toward the latter but wanted everyone to know that I've learned a tremendous amount in these last few months and appreciate the sirius comraderie that's evident on this site. Good trading to all! Is there a minimum suggested $$$ amount to start daytrading or do those who do it just start once they've learned the ins and outs of the trading and the market. Btw I've shared the same frustrations with sharebuilder as many of you and will be transferring my accounts to TDA. Only issue is the 30-60 transfer time.

I'm taking full credit for the rise in the SP in the last hour. I put in a buy order for 19,000+ shares at $.3202. I got 1,970 bought there and then it immediately started going up. I still have an open order for the rest so there should be no way it gets back down there today!

    You're all welcome!
