And on another note... I ventured over to the yahoo message boards for the first time EVER just now... and it is a frickin' ZOO over there LOL...

There are 3 separate threads quoting short term targets of $2, $5, and $7! And it's not even like they give a reason... the whole post is just "SIRI WILL HIT $2 NEXT WEEK!!!" and then the post ends.

The uptick rule is a significant step - and I will leave it more to brandon/relmor and the more experienced investors to explain in depth. If you read back through this thread - we have touched on the issue several times...

Legislation is underway... help is coming... but that does not preclude the steps we should already take - being repeated phone calls to both ISEG as relmor suggests and calls/complaints directly to the SEC...

Hold them accountable and do this.... now if you can...

ISEG is causing a huge problem today again. Report them immeditely. Im tired of them lowering the ask every 5 seconds, and throwing unlimited shares up for sale, and rebuying them lower. Anyone else tired of it? Call Shawn and tell him then.
    Contact info?

I'm doing my taxes in an attempt to ignore stocks today but I will definitely make time for a complaint........ or maybe I'll let my wife do it, she loves to complain.

Only about 1 in 10 posts over there are for real , most are just people wanting to hear themselves talk .

It won't disappoint going forward...let the old days go...they are in the past now. We're no longer cascading downward toward BK levels. You still have to expect some movement both ways...jmho
I totally agree. Hek, even though we are trading in mere penny's, billions of those penny's are what it took to take this puppy from the low of .052 to top out at .43. I don't doubt some manipulation is still taking place, but this baby has quadroopled in SP in almost the blink of an eye. Some profit taking was enevitable. But I do think the times which profit taking takes place will be harder to guage for a while, at least up to a buck in SP IMO.

    Hello fellas,

I got greedy and did not sell at .40 today thinking it would at least hit .43. I am a very nervous seller but can buy some shares low with ease. I have missed on the upswings everytime because I hold. So I am fighting with myself to just sell now and get back in when it tanks below .25 today. But does anyone think it will go up and not go into the 20's.

By the way I brought this stock in the .115 range if it helps any.

I agree 100% with the phone calls to the SEC. I already placed a call this morning.

My thoughts are that this may be a good oppurtunity to get into heavily shorted/manipulated stocks, especially those with volume like SIRI & financials. Down days could be an oppurtunity if the uptick rule reinstatement gives us a pop. I'm just not sure how much of a lift that rule will give a day or two after being reinstated. Brandon/Relmor any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
