I believe that the market is starting to understand that this is a whole new company going foward from the day that Malone closed the deal with Mel. Nothing else matters and I don't think that Malone will convert anytime soon either. The stock price will continue to grow, my guess is that over the next year we will see $1.50 and we could be north of that.

I also think that the first quarter numbers will surprise, I'm looking at 150,000 net additions and enhanced synergy's.

I'm also anxious to see how many new subscribers will be re ups from the two week trial period and their progress on the used car front.

Clearly the best is yet to come and we will be over one buck before the end of the year.
I say they lose around that number of subs, and Ill take it. As for the 1.50, yes, before the Malone deal, .90 cents, then a R/S now. R/S is coming, and I endorse it over .75 cents.
I think a 7 billion market cap is a bit premature right now. Maybe after two positive quarters in a row of positive EBITA. Then well see.... We need effects of Iphone, etc.. car sales...
Still too many unknowns to be projecting out more than a few months on this pig.

Before today a pullback might hit .23 cents, now Im going to say that was raised to .25 cents. Theres your bottom. For now. After only one up day over .25 cents, I cant raise it higher.

There was a question asked if the bluetooth headset would allow the transfer of audio files, and the company after a pause responded that it could not be done. Maybe, just maybe...
I think we can chalk it up to - wait silently for now and have happy thoughts...

Whatever IT is... it must be decent to jostle the investors to this degree...

If your going to take government money, than your subject to government condition(new or old). Since taxpayers want this, there is nothing they can do about it. They have PR on their side, and its the moral choice. Go Obama(whom I do not like normally, nor does this change my view). Since the company doesnt exist today without that money, the government can tell them what to do with it.
If you want to be sick, you know those margins calls you got when Sirius went from 3 dollars to under $2? Thats where the AIG money went, to pay off bets they could never win, to banks. Banks made that money basically. So why do execs who overleveraged, and put their company in this problem deserve $1 of bonus money. I could care less what those contracts say. Those contracts became irrelevant the second they went under(well, the Government bailed them out, so consider AIG a failed business model).

Is SIRI a failed business model?

SIRI might have "gone under" if not for Liberty Media's money. That doesn't mean that Mel K. has to be forever "grateful" and do whatever Malone says now. If Malone said "you know what, I don't like the Howard Stern contract, let's kill it", does that nullify the existing contract between SIRI and Stern?

Congress had their chance to prevent bonus payouts, BEFORE they handed over the money. Mistake made, now live with it. This is a very childish move, IMHO. It's like, if the feds didn't like the OJ Simpson murder trial verdict, they pass a new law that states that all professional football players named OJ Simpson have to go to jail for 25 years, just because they said so.

I hope you're right brother.... that's what i'm booking on with my core position. I'm already surprised how quickly we came off the consolidation and moved to .36.....

If we hit a dollar - I get to pop the top off a very nice bottle of scotch ...
