Why Im an investor. I happen to agree with him. I think SiriusXM is the future of how content is distributed, and the satellite delivery system allows expansion, and access to remote areas that wifi only dreams about. SiriusXM is only going to grow now, and with Malone on board the sky is the limit for deals and potential. I hate the Malone deal, but love the DirectTV Liberty involvement. Malone will stay on Preferred Share status as long as possible. Remember that preferred still has a say on assets in the event of (remote likleyhood) a BK.
The conversion to commons will be a definite signal that Sirius is NOT GOING TO STOP. Hopefully there will be a poison pill so that Control can not be taken away.
