Very nice post. If anything I have contributed to anyone here making some money is well worth the time. I'm envious you own so many shares at such a basis. I would have loved to come in to this toward the end and dump as much cash as I could into it like that. If one is going to put money in the market right now, SIRI is a great place IMHO. They are offering many a great chance at an anomaly (or at least a temporary abberation as a NASDGLOBAL penny stock). This window will not last forever though right now it seems like it for many longs. I would offer to you that you reconsider adopting a 100% long strategy. You would do well to adopt a long assocative view with the company but keep your profit taking in shorter-term blocks of time. Then you'll never have anything to regret. Can you say nonbelievers of old tech bubble days? LOL. I believe in the company long-term and will be investing through-out. Just not in one continuous line. No reason to do that given the challenges the world economy faces in the next 5 years and beyond. Too many uncertainties..period. Believe in the company but also believe in securing profits based on the risks you are taking. JMHO...

I should expand on the thought. Perhaps Sirius is asking for a credit based on its current revenue, and the royalty people want to see if its fair based on previous revenue...What I'm trying to say without saying it is that Sirius may have done something to instigate such an action...

Is that Sandra the "moviemaker" on seeking alpha? Is she really serious? Id expect its really the NAB trying to kidnap us!!!! LOL
Id interview, but shes going to have to here the truth. And I dont sugarcoat my words. Can they handle the truth? Not sure...
Story isnt over yet. Were only in the 3rd inning here, maybe the 4th.
I have enough evidence from the media to make them look foolish. I can show authors flip flopping on the same page they write. Embarrassing for them, these companies, and their editors. Not sure if there wont be reprecussions. Not going to be a pretty story.

I'm not sure where she's going with it. I expect based on our conversation yesterday that my role may be regarding the manipulation of the stock price and media bias. Yes she is serious, and I won't pull any punches either. I hope the SEC is taking note...

Good, because Ive done over 2 days of research on authors covering this stock, and what they have written. I posted a sampling of my work on your merrily lynch article on seeking alpha. Did you ever read it Brandon. I touched on a number of points, and authors, using deep capture as a "moving average" so to speak. I related a lot of theoris the CEO of OVERSTOCK.COM has used, and claimed as tactics, and parties involved.

I don't know if musicians royalties are ever paid out based on it's platforms profits. It's usally cut and dry pay to play like a jukebox. If a song got played, the band gets paid and with the music industry losing it's shirt for the past 5 years or so, I don't see BMI offering a refund based on Sirius' loss of revenue. But that sure would be darn nice of them!
