I do understand about posting the whole thing though. When I am reading the forums on my iPhone, I don't like links because following them becomes a pain in the ass. On my home comp, it is no problem though.

I agree with Charles about the web etiquette thing, but there are some sites that deserve more consideration than others. I could care less about posting The Motley Fool's "articles" which aren't really worth posting anyway - they are more like commercials for their pay services a lot of the time. What kind of etiquette do they have with their misleading headlines and false information bashing SIRI. I have gotten them to fix false information in their articles before....but other times they have allowed it to stand.

I could care less about anything that Rupert Murdoch controls either. This includes Dow Jones, The Wall Street Journal, and Marketwatch. I have spent hours on the phone getting them to correct damaging and false information with their SIRI reporting. I have been treated rudely and hung up on when properly and professionally going through the proper channels to report untruths in their articles and they took forever to make the corrections. I really could care less about posting any of their articles. Have they used any etiquette? How much money have they lost me bashing my SIRI investment with untruths?

I have also gotten Bloomberg to fix damaging and misleading untruths in their SIRI articles. They drag their feet fixing them though......

Anything from the NAB propaganda machine and other bashing sites like 24/7 Walstreet and Today's Financial News etc. I could care less about too. They use no etiquette at all with their bashing and lies. Cramer's TheStreet.com is another website that I have no respect for. I have gone through hell getting them to fix untruths in their bashing articles and was treated very rudely. They really dragged their feet fixing anything and never note that the article was corrected. Etiquette?

I am more sensitive to smaller reputable websites - I never post full articles from Orbitcast for instance....

I always post links to everything I post though. I would argue that having their links posted on this site does nothing but drive traffic to their site that wouldn't otherwise be there - whether the full article is posted or not. In fast moving markets I side on getting the news out to my comrades as soon as possible. I try......

This is a smaller community of fellow SIRI investors trying to help each other....many down huge on their SIRI investment. No one is trying to financially gain from the posting of articles here. Charles is the only one who could potentially financially benefit and get flak from other websites in regards to any content being reproduced here. He has got to say stuff like he is saying. He wants to be respected in the web community and show respect to other websites. Charles is a stand up guy and I really believe that he means well...

What if it's something even bigger that our wildest hopes? Apple/SIRI partnership?

Could just be a 3 day sale to try to unload a glut of extra inventory though......

    This week

I think we'll take what we can get at this point. Let's hope this week becomes a stepping stone to greater things. I know alot of SIRI investors have been on this roller coaster longer than me - hopefully their dedication will be vindicated.

Two dixie cups and a string? I'm feeling a little slighted, if they're from Sirius, as the owner of five subs and no mystery e-mail!

its alright i just wont post news, people need to learn how to use google anyway. The only thing that upset me wasthe fact that im putting the link there, i would assume people will still go to the link, i do. Im also getting the news to siri investors as other wise they might not of seen this nice opinion piece from a small site. Im sure the author doesn't mind me showing his work to others who would appreciate his work in turn probaly getting more hits on his site than if i hadn't brought attention to it, anyway done deal.

    Cool Still want the news

    Tripping,

We still want the news. I for one certainly would like to know about any breaking news, or why the price moves up or down. Just list a few sentences then post a hyperlink.

I thought the short clip from the news wire was just fine.

Short blurb and a link to keep Charles out of any trouble w/the original content provider.
