Rep's think that way with rich people, hey if im making lots of money then im helping the economy and creating jobs. So what your saying is the rich have a positive effect and the poor have no effect unless we help them then we are ruining the world for all the hardworkin folk. The fact is the middle class is what makes america strong, right now the middle class is disappearing into the lower middle class if not straight up bottom of the barrell, we need a strong middle class, right now its a disappearing, the end of america's "greatness" will come with the end of the middle class. if we dont help people reach the middle class and start building it up again then we are going to get even worse in the sense of the richer getting richer and the poorer getting poorer. I am not a religious person, I do not prescribe to religion or superstitious belief's, but i do think we are all connected in this mess and it is in our own benefit to look after each other. I live in a predominantly hispanic and poor neighborhood. I see these guys who have a family and they work 7 days a week whatever work they can take, but yet they can barely afford to pay their bills and eat once the bills come in. They are trying to make a better life for there children and their future grand children and they are going nowhere, and not due to there own lack of motivation. The rep's way of thnking, has a reality in some sense's but is willfully ignorant to the hard working poor, of which outnumbers heavily the lazy scammers. The fact is that no matter what happen's people who lend their ear to republican's like rush limbaugh will never ever see the good in anything a democratic cabinet does, same goes if ur a dem, although i would never ever hear a democrat during a republican administration say that they hope the president fails. I may not of been a bush fan, but come jan 2000 i was a 100 percent behind him. Whether or not i aggreed with his policies i still wanted him to succeed.
I don't see any difference in spending, both parties just suck right now.

Good read Tripp, and we definitely need to bring back manufacturing jobs!!

I personally hope that obama succeeds, heard that interview today on the radio LOL. Like you said, we are all in this together as a country.

Did I hear this right today guys? Only 0.12 of every dollar in the new package is going toward stimulating the economy?

No wonder it was a rough day today.

    ANPI- Shares: 85.12M
    Vol: 2.82M Avg Vol: 799,000.00 EPS: -8.10 Inst. Own: 56% 52Wk Low: 0.10

Good float, 56% institute owned, I don't like where the price is right now because of the 52 low.
Beta is high, I will watch and see if it goes lower. Maybe a buy below .30 depending on how much more bad news comes down the pipe on the over all market.

Interesting pick, how much dept are they holding?

Level 3 Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: LVLT) today announced that the company is providing live standard and high-definition (HD) television broadcast video services for Super Bowl XLIII(R) on Feb. 1, 2009. Level 3 is connecting Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay, Fla., to multiple major broadcasters and will enable the broadcast to be delivered to millions of viewers worldwide.

Super Bowl XLIII marks the 20th consecutive year that the National Football League (NFL) has relied on Level 3 Vyvx services to deliver the live event broadcast - the most watched television event of the year. Level 3 Vyvx services will carry the live event video directly from the stadium over the Level 3 network to the league offices, broadcast networks and satellite teleport sites for global delivery of the game.

"The scalability of the Level 3 network enables us to easily accommodate the growing global demand for premium broadcast video quality."

"For the past 19 years, Vyvx services have provided mission-critical reliability in carrying the Super Bowl and many of our NFL games," said Glenn Adamo, vice president of Media Operations for the NFL. "Super Bowl XLIII is another example of Level 3 being the primary video backhaul provider from the venue for both domestic and international viewing."

For the Super Bowl, Level 3 Vyvx services will deliver a specialized solution that includes HD acquisition, encoding and transmission of the video broadcast signal from the game. In total, over 2,800 hours of video content will be acquired, encoded and transported across the Level 3 Vyvx services platform for Super Bowl coverage. The Super Bowl caps an NFL season during which Level 3 Vyvx services provided video transmission for every NFL regular season and playoff game, delivering more than 5,600 total feeds.

Level 3 Delivers Live Video of Obama Inauguration for Sky News

BROOMFIELD, Colo., Jan 29, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- Historic Event Yields Level 3 Internet Network Traffic Record

Level 3 Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: LVLT) today announced that the company delivered live television broadcast video and online streaming of Barack Obama's presidential inauguration ceremony for Sky News on January 20. The historic event marked a number of milestones, including the first live simulcast for Level 3 in Europe and the largest one-day spike in global Internet network traffic for Level 3.

"We wanted to capture the magic and scale of the event, including the speech and the massive anticipated audience around the globe for this historic occasion," said Steve Bennedik, head of technology for Sky News. "We did this by offering, for the first time, the highest quality pictures, both for those watching in HD on their televisions and also for those watching Sky News' live streaming online. We wanted viewers to feel that they were amongst the crowds."

Level 3 transported the live news feed over trans-Atlantic fiber-optic cable on the Level 3 network from Washington DC to its facilities in London, where the feed formed part of the high-definition (HD) television coverage delivered by Sky News. Level 3 also delivered live online streaming of the event for global viewing at www.skynews.com. Level 3 partnered with Move Networks to encode the online video in HD for this event.

"Level 3's network offered Sky News viewers with the kind of high-quality video that placed them on the steps of the U.S. capitol for this historic event," said James Heard, president of Level 3's European Markets Group. "For the inauguration, Level 3 provided live HD video for both television and online viewing - a first for Level 3 in Europe - contributing to record global traffic across our network for the day."

Ya, I do. I have three of them 2 are handmade U.S.A. Hamers. One is a Daytona (strat) and the second one is a Hamer U.S. Custom Standard. It is the same guitar that Rick Neilsen of Cheap trick plays. Kind of looks like a Gibson Explorer, but is 50 times better. I also have a Shecter CS-1 production model made in Korea, but it is a player.

I have 5 amps. Fender Hot Rod Deluxe with 4x10's 100 Watt, Marshall MG100DFX 100 Watt, a Tech 21 Trademark 120 120 watts with 2x12's, a Fender Blues Junior 15 Watts and a VOX 5 watt amp that will run on batteries even.

A ton of pedals, a Boss Gt-6 synthesizer and modeler. I'll take some pics and send them to you.

I play hard rock and blues. Just learning lead on the rock end and not to shabby on lead with blues, but not great.

I love power chords, distortion and volume. I don't like a lot of this more modern rock. My cutoff period was probably with Pearl Jam and Nirvana. There is still a lot of good rock being put out, but I like jammin leads and real guitar skills like Johnny Winter, Mark Farner and people like that.

With blues, I love them all. That is why I got SIRI in the first place is for the Blues Station which they are now starting F**K up playing all this old crap that doesn't even resemble blues.

I like Hair Nation - I like that era.

I love 60's and 70's music, but not that crap you hear on commercial stations. You know like Smoke on the Water and all the hits...just not my type of music.

Now, my wife on the other hand, lol loves good jazz and old soul music and stuff like that. She and I really have a lot in common, eh?

How about you? What kind of axe do you have, etc??

I just looked at the chart, it looks pretty good...take a look at the MACD..looks like it is getting ready for a little drop...but don't know, because the market hopefully should go up tomorrow. Just have to keep an eye on it I guess. It sure didn't get too damaged today.

The rest of the chart looks good and upward.

What is the news on this ANPI?? Where did you find it and what interests you about it?

We should have an up day tomorrow, as bad days always follow the day after the FED does something or announces something.
