TIMELY: The NASDAQ requirement announcement that YOU linked to is dated December 19th. And you are publishing this article Jan. 28th? Sloppy.

How about accurate? “Delisting postponed until November”. Not accurate at all. You see, once their first 180 day period runs out, the company can file for an extention, which is granted in 95% of cases. which would give them another 180 days. That pushed delisting potential back until May of 2010.

The site mus have been despearate for hits or something…

Perhaps that All Things Digital guy is not so bad afterall...
UPDATE: As the commenter below notes, Sirius could file for an extension in November. If it were granted, the company would then have another 180 days to meet NASDAQ’s minimum bid requirement.

    Motley Fool bashing again!

After reading this it makes me feel a little uneasy. SIRI product is a luxury and these times do not call for that. However Motley Fool has been bashing this thing forever and more often than not with false facts...

These clowns call sirius/xm a luxury, I consider it a necessity. An iphone, or blackberry, is a luxury to me. Plus what we pay for content is nothing compared to what you pay for a month with one of those.

The iphone and blackberry are a fashion/status trend. Its only a matter of time before someone else comes along with a better mouse trap. Then the herd will flock in another direction.

There was large volume before 10:00 am (almost 1/4 of today's volume). After that it dried up but the price kept going down and right now there's no volume at all.

I think we are going to see this type of behavior more and more, where the swings are going to be bigger to the upside...unless the opposite happens. The market is highly irrational these days (...weeks... I meant months...).
