One opinion I heard is that the Democrat questioning is tightly scripted, and in most cases written by the Clinton camp and fully rehearsed with the "Dem Griller". Ms. Phoney more than once has begun a response with something like: "oh thank you Congress Woman/Man, I am so glad you have asked that question................". What a goat rope some of this fiasco is.......... Oh, now she's blaming Congress for underfunding her mission. If it weren't for them, we could help build up the Lybian security forces.......Wow.

Once again you fail to see what was wrong with your pornographic post from this morning.

See DM, most people don't have the luxury of sitting in their apartment all day posting in a stock forum like you do. Most people work for living or are retired. The people that work for a living visit this forum to discuss stocks and other fun topics. They don't come here to look at PORN. Posts like yours put people at risk of LOSING THEIR JOB but obviously you could care less. Now some of you may think it was cute or funny but it's not. I find it interesting that the people that find it funny either own their own well-oiled business or sit in their apartment. You know... the onese that won't ever get in trouble???

Dough Boy seems you were about the only one that had an issue with it. Ironic...because when i was a member of chatzy you would tell everyone you were taking a break to go look at porn. Then like ten minutes later you would be flooding my email with links to women who played with themselves on webcams begging me to take a look. Curious...one time i clicked on the link i couldn't believe what i saw. Fkn TRANNYS!! you kidding me??? FKN TRANNYS!! i was sick to my stomach!! fking dough boy was viewing "chicks with fkn dicks". Told him to never send me that shit again!

As far as the pic i posted today....who really got upset with it, maybe you? Hell lets be honest....this thread consist of like 3 real humans and 20 of your aliases....i swear it feels just like Chatzy.

You really just don't get it or don't care. It's a real shame you have to act this way. You're right, I am probably the only one that thought it was inappropriate. Actually, there was one other person that posted their opinion. 50 years old, really? SMH...

So we closed at $3.97? That's 10¢ better than I thought! After a positive quarter there is normally the usual beat down and close lower than the open. I'm very impressed we held positive! We desperately need analyst upgrades though!

Well one thing we def can't complain about is the market was heavily in our favor all day....triple digits green....cant beat that. Would have been nice to have closed at 4 or higher but sure as hell beats siting at 3.85. I just hope they don't take us down again. you r correct....some nice news upgrad, hs, anything would be nice. I Don't know how much pop we will get from hs news alone tho....mabye a quick dime? any way overall good day i suppose.

Pandora is down 20% AH! "Sees 4th qtr rev below Wall Street view". Just widens the gap between Sirius and streaming services.

Bottom line... it's all a bunch of crap if you ask me. You both are right. The market conditions were perfect for a SIRI beat and run. They did everything right but the run part. I can't imagine the problem being the P/E ratio? P/E of almost 50? Is the market really waiting on what Apple, Google, AT&T plans? All AT&T is doing is bringing the 4G/LTE aspect to the connected car. That's 1 of many things that make it up. Hell SIRI will partner with AT&T to get that access. Apple CarPlay? All Apple is wanting to do is bring the iPad experience to the car. They really don't have a viable music service with content. Now for GOOGLE... Google has no clue what business they are in. They are trying to be everything but it's not working.

WHY IS SIRI NOT GOING UP is the million dollar question. Is it want SN38 said today? Are they holding it down so Malone can buy the company via buybacks. Sounds good to me???? Makes the most sense BUT HOW DO THEY HOLD THE STOCK DOWN TO LET THIS HAPPEN??? They can't, right?????

p.s. Is it because SIRI is making what less than $200 million on billions in revenue???

Pandora to pay record labels $90 mln to use golden oldies
    REUTERS 5:10 PM ET 10/22/15
    By Andrew Chung

NEW YORK, Oct 22 (Reuters) - Pandora Media Inc(P) on Thursday said it would pay $90 million to settle a lawsuit with five record labels that accused the online music streaming service of cheating them out of royalties on pre-1972 recordings.

No other terms of the settlement were disclosed by Pandora and the labels, including Sony Music Entertainment, UMG Recordings, Warner Music Group, Capitol Records and ABKCO Music & Records.

The deal further scales back a bitter dispute between the music industry and broadcasters over the right to play songs recorded before Feb. 15, 1972. Federal copyright law does not cover those songs and the industry has been filing lawsuits in a attempt to expand its royalty rights.

In June, the companies settled a similar lawsuit against satellite radio provider Sirius XM Holdings Inc(SIRI) for $210 million.

The record companies sued Pandora in April, 2014 in New York state court in Manhattan, demanding an end to Pandora's "massive and continuing unauthorized commercial exploitation" of older songs.

The complaint said the music in question included some of the most legendary artists including the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, the Grateful Dead, Bob Dylan and Elvis Presley.

Pandora's chief executive officer, Brian McAndrews, said in a statement, "We pursued this settlement in order to move the conversation forward and continue to foster a better, collaborative relationship with the labels."

Recording Industry Association of America Chairman Cary Sherman called the settlement "a significant milestone and a big win for the music community."

Pandora is also facing a legal challenge over pre-1972 songs brought by members of the 1960s band the Turtles, known for the hit "Happy Together." That case is currently pending at the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Capitol and UMG are part of Vivendi SA, and Sony Music is part of Sony Corp.

The case is Capitol Records et al v Pandora Media Inc(P), New York State Supreme Court, New York County, No. 651195/2014.

Prob a great time for a quick trade.

i say that because most times i see a stock drop or pop on news like P had they recover rather quickly. That article above that dough boy posted is one that i posted here a few nights ago the only difference was they had not made it official. Shorts knew it was in the pipeline to happen sooner or later. So they loaded up on shorting it. Now...they will prob start to cover to take their profit. Would not surprise me to see that stock recover 5 to 10 percent soon. Same with stocks that pops 20% percent...short it.
