Even with the defense playing well CowBoys still lost 30-6.....what a joke. Patriots are a machine but be should have kept it a bit closer with the defensive play in the first half. They got worn down in the second half with all the 3 and outs catching up to them. Problem with Weeden is he can't read defenses fast enough. Holds the ball too long and is late on simple dump off passes. Cassel may not produce a win in 2 weeks against the Giants but with Weeden at the helm the chances of a win are probably worse. Time to try out the new guy.

Just sucks romo went down plus the dez, etc...Injuries suck. I have always said about any team...doesn't matter how good your players are....Injuries will dictate a teams season more often than not.

What are your thoughts on how siri is positioned and going into earnings?

#s should be real nice but not sure that will make a difference and get us over $4.04. Market could be waiting on a Stern decision. If so we will oscillate between 3.70 ish and $4 ish for another couple months.

An earnings beat of .04 or higher might do the trick though....not expecting it but never know.

EDIT: consensus might be .04....if so .05 probably unlikely

Siri just turned red... not much excitement going into earnings. Sounds like SIRI has guided analysts to a meet expectations scenario. May not do it for us. Ugh!

I am back from my stint at Sirius Buzz Rehab. I was there for a few days and have to say I feel so much better. Feel healthy. Feel refreshed. The place is beautiful. The whole experience was very beneficial. The counselors were top notch and i really believe because of them...i have a better mind, body and soul. It wasn't all about counseling tho...they had a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub and i have to say the food was off the charts delicious. If i did not know any better i would have thought i was at the Ritz Carlton. I really have to say thank you Charles for sending me there...i really think the results were very positive.

I see since i have been gone i really have not missed all that much.

I see User made another wrong football pick last night...no surprise there. He really does not seem to be doing all that well picking despite that fact he is basically just picking all the home favorites and his picks are straight up. Pretty sure if he was betting against the spread which in real life that is how its done, he would be winless. Just say'n

I see riveting and insightful posts from Midas trying for some reason to convince everyone here he has more money than Muscle. Ahmmmm yeah ok midas if you say so i guess.

Now on to the important stuff:

First Congrats SN on your Browns. Good win. I think Mcgown is the first qb in nfl history to throw for over 300 plus yards in 3 consecutive games. I may have to double check that. But regardless...to go in to Baltimore and beat the ravens is no easy task. That could be a momentum changer going forward for your team. Oh and on a side note we have a player we picked up from you guys i believe.....his name is Jabaal Sheard....not sure why you guys let him go....but he is playing absolutely phenomenal in New England.

Denco your boys had me a little nervous in the first half...was a good dogfight. D pass rush did a great job putting pressure on us. We really had to make some great plays in the second half to get out of there with a win. I know everyone wants cassel in now instead of weeden but im not sure that is the right move. I think weeden should play at least one more game and see what happens. I dont think he played terrible. I mean our Pass rush was pretty good as well....not sure cassel would had fared much better. There was def one pass he screwed up on. Your reciever beat butler bad into the back corner endzone and was wide open and weeden overthrew him by 5 yards. Will be interesting to see who you guys start next weekend. I think Weeden will start.

LB you must be liking FEYE down at these prices no? I may have to pick some up here. You nailed that FEYE call last time. I am thinking its a wash, rinse and repeat deal.

Siri looking good here. Only six more trading days until cc. I am at that point where i think i will sell half my postion if we can get close to the the 4.10 or 4.20 area. Right now i have a 250% gain on my shares...cant complain about that, even with the last few years being flat.

Ok, well i think thats about all for now....have a great day everyone!
Hey Dm - Sounds like you had a stay @ Johnny Manziel's rehab center. Nice to see you refreshed and ready for action.
McCown has been remarkable to say the least. Just hope he stays healthy which is asking a lot here where we go through numerous QBs every year.
Jabaal played well here also but he didn't have a supporting cast as he does in NE. Another dumb move by Cleveland and why they are loosers year after year. Cleveland here is known as the farm team city for the the large market cities.
