My thing is... you would think they are watching very closely now? Even if the Refs were involved, you would think the coaches and fans would catch the "obvious." I really don't know. Hell, I had no idea the Patriots deflated the balls until it was mention. To be honest, even though they cheated, I personally think that they still would have won BUT they are still cheaters in my mind only because NFL rules are rules. Did the NFL ever answer why the inflation/deflation range was what it was? I mean, did the NFL say that a ball that deflated would have really mattered or is their range there for THAT VERY REASON because it makes it easier for the receivers and running backs to catch and hold and throw?

Anyway... Brady or "whoever" it was the deflated has to live with it for the rest of their lives. As they get closer to their death bed and to Jesus, i bet their guilty conscience gets the best of them and they come out with a TELL ALL BOOK... HOW WE CHEATED OUR WAY TO THE SUPER BOWL AND WON!

Quick note... Apple is said to have 1800 people working on the Apple Car versus Tesla's 500 at the IPO. I guess we are going to see Apple and Tesla going head to head. Who does Tesla use for their entertainment system?

You did not know the the patriots deflated the balls because not one person from the patriots organization was found guilty of such accusation. There was no concrete evidence. It was a witch hunt and the name of the witch goes by the name Roger Goodell. The Federal Judge ruled in Brady's favor for basically two reasons...because there was a overwhelmingly lack of evidence against TB12 and failure of the NFL to maintain and uphold procedural due process.

On top of that....the NFL has reinstated the two Patriots locker room attendants.

In addition...the NFL has implemented new policies for NFL refs on how and when to check the pressure of the balls. Something the Refs should have been doing in the first place and clearly were not.

Seriously put your self in TB12's shoes for a second. TB 12 has been nothing but a leader both on and off the field his whole career...won 4 SB's, will go down as one of the leagues best ever qb's and Goodell wants to accuse him of cheating and ruin his reputation. If you are TB12 you have two options. Option one just accept the Goodell accusations and punishment which basically if he does that then he admits to wrongdoing. Option two...Fight to maintain your innocent because you have been wrongly accused of something you did not do. Well he chose option 2 and a Federal Judge ruled in TB12's favor.

Hope no one here is ever wrongly accused of something and chooses option one!

Funny how when one man (Goodell) thinks he can act as judge, jury and executioner and what changes happen when a Federal Judge basically says....Not so fast Roger!

NFL passes over Tom Brady for AFC Player of the Week

    http://www.bostonherald.com/sports/p...er_of_the_week

Tom Brady had one of the best outings of his career in Buffalo on Sunday afternoon, but it wasn't enough to earn him AFC Player of the Week honors.

Brady threw for 466 yards, three touchdowns and wasn't intercepted by Rex Ryan's vaunted defense during the Pats' 40-32 victory. Though it was the most yards thrown against a Buffalo defense, and it occurred against a divisional opponent on the road, the league elected instead to give the award to Pittsburgh's Ben Roethlisberger.

Roethlisberger had a good week as well, throwing for 369 yards and three touchdowns against the 49ers. The performance came in a blowout win and at home.

SN you may be onto something.

SnP 1930 is your line in the sand for today. Assuming we open below it, expect to try to retake it. If we fail to take back 1930 (23.8%), 1860 will come up pretty quick.

EX additional news, Yellen speaks tonight. I would think that the market at least gives her a chance to clarify her statements before allowing a retest of the 8/24 low (1860).

Let the games begin. Can't go up against your boss and not expect repercussions. Bad JuJu will result
