After admitting that he fudged the donation numbers to create a copycat effect, it seems like he met his goal of raising close to $3k anyway. He took down the last desperation article that ended with an "I am begging", and now shows a full donation thermometer.

I saw that. I am praying he is lying like he said in the emails when he initially got some donations. I can't believe some idiot gave him money. They are all learning the hard way.
