Had not but it sounds pretty reasonable. Don't do options but at some point will experiment. Trade sounds pretty solid.

Well the price has moved up to 3.91 and in the meantime the Sept $4 call has moved down to about $.06. I may put a buy/write limit option out there and see if it fills but I doubt it will.

It's just a fancy options-trader way of saying I'll put a limit order in to buy the stock at $3.88 and then put in a $.10 buy limit order on what would be a Covered Call (because I now own the stock it's "covered" should it hit $4 and get called away from me vs. a "naked call" if I did not own the stock).

Some systems, such as mine allow you to do that in one combined transaction. Some systems make you do it in two separate transactions. If I do it, I may just run two trades anyhow because the chances of me getting a $3.88 purchase on the stock AND an $.10 sale on the call are pretty slim from the looks of it (As the price of the stock goes down, so does the price of out of the money calls). For example right now, at this moment the stock is trading at $3.92-$3.93 on the bid/ask and the Sept $4 calls are going for $.06-$09 on the bid/ask. So the best I could hope for right now would be to catch the $3.92 bid on the stock and the $.09 ask on the call and so my profit if exercised would be only $.17 instead of the $.22 I was looking at before.....I dunno if I misread that before or if it really moved but that's a big difference....enough difference that I probably won't do it.

Oh, here it is....I DID misread it....I must have been looking at the October $4 calls. They are going for .09-.10 on the bid/ask.
