I have been adding to my Sirius position. Very undervalued. Apple Music is out on the market now and I believe it will have zero effect on Sirius sub numbers going forward. I think the market has this streaming music competition theory 100% wrong. Will hurt music downloads for sure, not sat radio. I see clear sailing ahead for Sirius. Frear reupped his contract and Meyer's contract is up in October so I suspect he will be signed again as well. Howard has announced he is quitting AGT so I expect him to sign again with Sirius this winter.

Looking forward to earnings and FCF per share numbers. I think there is a mispricing here due to assumed streaming competition.

Mispricing is due to J.Malone and assoc.who want to buy back shrs. as cheap as possible and increase his ownership. Just my 2 cents

Is there an accountant among us that can estimate when SIRI will have to pay taxes. I say at least 12-15 years. (Depending on how high earnings go.) They can be carried forward legally for 20 years. Unless I'm wrong Earnings X tax rate 38% is the highest = what is subtracted quarterly from the loss carry forward. Accountant????

Frear has stated multiple times on Sirius concalls that they will likely start paying taxes in 2019. You don't need to be an accountant (even though I am one) in order to listen to their earnings calls.

I'm looking at the financials and still see 5.4 B left to take and I don't really understand how they can write off losses faster than they owe the taxes. They moved 3 B of it around the balance sheet at the end of 2012 but it is still being shown in another line? If you listen during the calls the answer is a very vague an partially and about are used.
